Shipping Policy Within the U.S.A.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email, text or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
A flat rate shipping fee of $7 will be charged at checkout for items under $50. Purchase above $50 will have free shipping. All items are shipped US Postal Service 3 Day Priority mail.
If you desire a different or faster shipping option, contact me.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lyn Foley Creates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
I currently do not ship outside the U.S.A
Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Perhaps we can work out the problem. If not, and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 business days.
The item must be in new condition, not worn or damaged in any way. I will issue the refund upon receipt of the undamaged, unused item.
